Steel Buildings Project Introduction
This project is the steel frame structure, including 2 prefab steel structure processing plants with a total area of 2478 square meters. This prefabricated steel structure building is mainly used for Panamanian cattle and pig slaughter.
All the steel structure components and envelope panels of this project are supplied by iBeehive. The steel components are processed and manufactured in the Shenyang factory, in China, and transported to Dalian port for shipment.
The specific parameter standards of steel building components refer to the table below.
Project 1: Panama Cattle Slaughtering Plant
Project 1 Area: total area of 1,794 square meters, length of 78 meters, width of 23 meters, eave height of 7 meters, and ridge height of 8.15 meters.
Design Doad: Rigid frame: DL 0.3KN/M2, LL 0.3KN/M2, WL0.66KN/M2; Purlin: DL 0.45KV/M2, LL 0.5KN/M2, WL 0.66KN/M2
Project 2: Panama Pig Slaughtering Factory
Project 2 area: total area 684 square meters, length 37.7 meters, width 18 meters, Eave height 5.9 meters, Ridge Height 5.9 meters
Design Doad: Rigid frame: DL 0.5KN/M2, LL 0.3KN/M2, WL0.66KN/M2; Purlin: DL 0.45KV/M2, LL 0.5KN/M2, WL 0.66KN/M2
Shipping Time: 60 working days for fabrication after receiving the down payment.
Package: 25*40’HQ Containers.
