Peru Two-Lane Steel Bridge
The total span of the bridge is 88m, the main truss height is 11m, the single width is 21.5m, and the total weight of the single structure is 1300T. The main components of the steel bridge are made of 14MnNbq grade steel, and the angle steel, channel steel and other profile materials are made of Q345D grade steel. The main steel components are welded H-shaped steel and box-shaped steel structure.
The steel bridge installation adopts the method of integral dragging after assembly. The main hoisting machinery is a 50T crawler crane. After the assembly is completed, the sliding block and the upper and lower slides are set, and the 53-meter guide beam is used. The overall lifting equipment is controlled by a computer, and it is pulled in place at one time.
